Engineering Clerk (RFID)

The Engineering Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the engineering team and reports directly to the Operations Manager.The ideal candidate must be organized and results-driven with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.CCL eAgile is a growing company, and advancement opportunities are possible for employees who demonstrate strong leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of our products and processes.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for document management and maintaining accurate and up to date records in the company's electronic project management system.Facilitate product planning, design reviews, and retrospective meetings to ensure product development tasks are delivered on schedule and within budget.Coordinate with multiple departments to identify potential issues and provide solutions to prevent scheduling delays.Assist in the preparation and maintenance of engineering presentations, customer-facing reports and proposals.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information.Required Skills:Attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic task management and documentation experienceProficient with computer applications including Office, Excel, and project management softwareExperience in project management is a plusBenefits:Group health and dental insuranceEmployer matching contribution to a 401k retirement savings accountPaid Time OffPaid Holiday PayAnnual Performance Reviews
