This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination between clinical staff, patients, and administrative functions.What You'll DoScheduling: Coordinate clinician schedules to ensure full patient coverage and efficiencyIntake & Insurance: Process referrals, verify insurance, and support intake operationsMedical Records: Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentationPre-Bill Auditing: Review charts and documentation for billing accuracyAdministrative Support: Assist the Director and Clinical Supervisor with day-to-day operationsHCHB System Use: Utilize HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) for scheduling, documentation, and workflow managementTeam Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, intake, and billing teamsWhat We're Looking For (IMPORTANT)Preferred (Strongly Encouraged):Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)Experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare administrationAlso Valuable:Background in scheduling, intake, insurance verification, or medical office workStrong understanding of healthcare workflows and documentationExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment????
