Knowledgeable of menus and recipes Recipes: Memorize and follow flavor rules for all beverages. Follow proper beverage making procedures. Prepare and serve hot, iced, and frozen beverages such as lattes, creme freezes, tea and mocktails. Understanding of the menu and various beverage and food offerings and customization options. Able to help customers build their unique order through upselling. Prepares and serves food such as bragel sandwiches, bagels, muffins, etc. Create a welcoming environment for all customers Engage customers in an enthusiastic and genuine manner. Maintain higher energy levels than the customers being served. Maintain proper cash handling and store cleanliness procedures. Ensure customer items, such as sugars, mugs, and gift cards, are properly stocked. Clean and sanitize delivery counter and lobby. Ring in, receive, and close out customers orders following proper cash handling procedures. Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform. Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas. Perform other duties as assigned.
