Minimum 2 years experience, IR experience a plus. Previous travel experience preferred. Schedule: 4/10 hr shifts- 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday; 1-2 Call during the week; 1-2 weekends per month.AHA BLS & AHA ACLS, NIH required; must also have WV or compact license.Float required within scope of practice. DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks' pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs of accepting offer. Shift Information: Day (4x10 Hours) 7:00 17:30Travel Compliance: STRICT: License: Active Compact or State License in Hand required at time of submission. No Exceptions. STRICT: Schedule Requirement: Must be willing to accept an 84 hours per two weeks Scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12). Travelers who cannot accept this schedule will be cancelled STRICT: Experience: 2 years of experience in Specialty required to submit for consideration. STRICT: RTO - will consider up to 7 days of RTO. RTO must be presented up front, and no changes will be accepted. Must work either a major or minor of every holiday.
