The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer leads, managing sales activities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves structuring and delivering effective sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and training customers on services or products as needed. The Sales Specialist will assist in achieving company sales goals and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needsProven experience in Sales and Sales Management to deliver results and achieve targetsAbility to provide Training and support to clients or team members when requiredGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a similar industry is a plusPunctuality, reliability, and a professional demeanorHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service considered an advantage
