Registered Dietitian - New graduate's accepted - Sandusky, OH Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; No weekends or on-call)Job Summary & Responsibilities:As part of the interdisciplinary care team, the Dietitian will:Assess patient nutritional status using medical history, lab results, and clinical consultations.Develop individualized, patient-centered nutrition care plans tailored to cultural, lifestyle, and financial needs.Provide one-on-one and occasional group nutrition education to patients and families.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.Participate in departmental initiatives, community outreach, and the Food Is Medicine Program as needed.Serve as a nutrition resource for patients, staff, and the community.Education, Licensure, and Experience:Master's Degree required (eligibility to sit for the RDN exam).Must possess (or be scheduled to obtain) Ohio state license and registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.New graduates are encouraged to apply.Preferred: Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center.Preferred: Certification/registration with the American Dietetic Association.Compensation & Benefits:Relocation assistance available.No on-call, weekend, or night shifts.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.Team-based, mission-driven work environment supporting community health.Additional Details:Facility Type: Outpatient Clinic.Patient Demographics: All ages (varies by clinic needs).Start Date: As soon as possible (dependent on credentialing).
