Role Description This is a full-time, contract to hire, Hybrid Project Manager role based in Crown Point, IN. The Project Manager will oversee project lifecycle activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing logistics, monitoring project progress through inspections, and expediting processes to overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Strong Project Management skills to plan, organize, and drive project executionExperience with Expeditor and Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of project componentsKnowledge of Inspection processes to ensure quality assurance and adherence to project specificationsExpertise in Logistics Management for effective coordination of materials, equipment, and schedulesStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with project management tools and softwareAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage deadlinesRelevant experience in construction, architecture, or metal fabrication is beneficialBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
