Wireless Sales Representative - Total Wireless

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable *Wireless Sales Associate* to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, learning about wireless technology, and helping customers find phones, plans, and accessories that fit their needs. Responsibilities * Greet customers and provide excellent customer service. * Assist customers with selecting phones, wireless plans, accessories, and other products. * Activate new lines, upgrades, and number transfers. * Explain current promotions, pricing, and service options. * Set up new phones and assist customers with basic device troubleshooting. * Process purchases, payments, returns, and other transactions using the POS system. * Recommend accessories and services while working toward individual and store sales goals. * Maintain product displays, inventory, and a clean, organized sales floor. * Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally. * Follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications * Strong communication and customer-service skills. * Friendly, professional, and dependable. * Comfortable working with smartphones and learning new technology. * Sales or retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends as needed.
