Applicants can expect to work in a dynamic environment that blends technical products with consultative customer support.Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role based in Chandler, AZ. The Inside Sales Representative will respond to inbound inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, and support customers with product information, pricing, and order status. The role includes proactive outreach to existing and prospective accounts, qualifying leads, and collaborating with outside sales to drive territory growth. Daily tasks involve managing a sales pipeline, updating CRM records, coordinating with vendors and internal teams on product availability and delivery, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The Inside Sales Representative will also assist with bid packages, technical documentation requests, and ongoing account support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Inside Sales skills, including handling inbound requests, preparing quotes, and managing a sales pipeline.Demonstrated commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Experience with Lead Generation and Account Management, including nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.Comfort working with technical or industrial products; prior experience in instrumentation, controls, or related fields is a plus.Proficiency with CRM and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear phone and email communication.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Physical RequirementsThis position is primarily a desk job but may require some periods of standing/walking and or lifting packages that are received in the warehouse.
