EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Provide professional level casework services to individuals and members of their families to help them in achieving a more satisfactory adjustment to their specific problems or situations. This includes maintaining close contact with individuals, families, and service providers in order to evaluate and document treatment being provided and progress in meeting identified goals of treatment. Link individuals with appropriate community resources and advocate for resource services delivery. Also work collaboratively with social agencies, hospitals, clinics, Courts and other community resources.Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
