Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Position Summary:We are looking for an analytical FP&A Associate to support financial planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting.Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards.Support financial modeling and scenario analysis.Analyze financial performance and provide insights to leadership.Collaborate with departments on budgeting and cost control initiatives.Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis experience in Real Estate.Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems is a plus.Excellent analytical and communication skills.
