Role Description We are seeking a Janitorial Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in the Harrisonburg-Staunton-Waynesboro Area. The Janitorial Team Lead will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise janitorial staff, and ensure all facilities meet high cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, training staff, monitoring supplies, addressing client needs, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires hands-on involvement in cleaning tasks while managing a team to achieve operational excellence.
