This position is open to first-time travelers with at least 1 year of experience.ResponsibilitiesAssist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization proceduresOperate Sensis/Syngo documentation system and Siemens X-ray equipmentMaintain sterile field and support physicians during proceduresMonitor patient vitals and report changes to the care teamPrepare, set up, and calibrate equipment for proceduresRequirementsExperience: 1+ year in a Cath Lab settingCertifications Required:BLSPreferred Certifications:ARRTFluoroscopy PermitDocumentation System: Sensis/Syngo and Siemens X-rayFloating: Not requiredOn-Call & Weekend RequirementsOn-Call: 6-7 call days per month (including 1 weekend), 13.5-hour shifts (17:00 - 06:30)Weekend Coverage: 1 weekend per month (based on department needs)Compensation & BenefitsPay Rate: $84.00 - $88.00/hourCalifornia Minimum Wage: $23.00/hour (Health Care Facility Employers)Overtime: 1.5x after 12 hours/day or 60 hours/weekHoliday Pay: Applies to New Year's Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and ChristmasAdditional DetailsLocal Candidates: Facility allows locals at a local rate (must be disclosed if within 50 miles)RTO Policy:Pre-approved time off at the manager's discretionTime off must be submitted at the time of applicationVaccination Requirements:COVID-19 Vaccine: Not requiredFlu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
