Shipping CoordinatorSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMJob SummaryThe Shipping Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the loading process and providing accurate shipping documents across multiple facilities.Duties And Essential Job FunctionsAbility to learn and operate inventory warehouse management system effectively, including, but not limited to, creating outbounds, scanning finished goods, and using item locatorEnsure all information on ship orders match shipping labelsProvide dock assignments to Logistics Scheduler as external truck drivers arriveEnsure finished goods are safely and efficiently loaded onto trucksUse web-based quality management system to perform quality inspectionsEnsure accuracy of all shipping documents prior to providing to external truck driversOperator forklift as neededServe as a backup to Outbound Traffic CoordinatorComply with company policies, procedures, and safety rulesOther Functions And ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum RequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent or combination of education and experiencePreferredBilingual
