Our goal is to streamline how professionals source products while building a brand that supports their growth.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to own and execute key revenue-driving functions across influencer marketing, paid advertising, and marketplace operations. This role is highly execution-focused and requires someone who understands both marketing performance and eCommerce operations—not just content or brand marketing. You will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing conversion, and ensuring our storefronts (Shopify + Amazon) are operating efficiently and profitably. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow influencer/creator partnerships, including outreach, coordination, and performance trackingLaunch and optimize paid ads on Meta (Facebook) and TikTok to improve ROAS and customer acquisitionMaintain and optimize the Shopify store, including product listings, promotions, and conversion improvementsManage Amazon Seller Central, including listings, SEO, inventory health, and overall performanceTrack and analyze performance across all channels, providing actionable insights and recommendationsQualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldConversational Vietnamese (spoken)1–3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or similar roleExperience with: Shopify Amazon Seller Central Meta (Facebook) Ads TikTok Ads Preferred Experience in beauty, nails, or professional salon industryFamiliarity with influencer/UGC-driven marketingStrong analytical mindset (comfortable with data and performance metrics) Ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environmentWhat We’re Looking ForExecution-first mindset — you get things done, not just planData-driven decision making — you rely on metrics, not opinionsOwnership mentality — you treat channels like your own businessScrappy and resourceful — able to figure things out without constant direction
