Contract Analyst

Job Title: Contract Analyst Type: Contract Assignment Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 month to start (likely extension) Location: Yardley, PA (preferred) Madison, WI Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite per week Pay Rate: $31$33/hour Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Analyst to support the Sales Operations team. This individual will manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and finalizing agreements in partnership with Legal and internal stakeholders. This role ensures contracts meet company standards, reduce risk, and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management & Lifecycle Draft, review, and redline contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements Manage contracts through the full lifecycle from creation to execution Track versions, approvals, and signatures to ensure timely completion Maintain accurate contract records in CRM/CLM systems Monitor compliance, renewal dates, and contractual obligations Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with policies and risk standards Work with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to align contract terms with business needs Facilitate internal reviews and approvals Sales Operations Support Act as a resource for Sales teams on contract processes and best practices Support deal flow while maintaining compliance standards Assist with reporting on contract volume, cycle times, and performance metrics Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Help refine contract templates, playbooks, and workflows Support training and documentation for internal stakeholders Qualifications 24+ years of experience in Contract Management, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, or Legal Operations Experience reviewing and redlining commercial contracts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and/or CLM tools (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Conga) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Experience supporting Sales teams in B2B SaaS or subscription environments Familiarity with pricing models, discounting, and quote-to-cash processes Understanding of compliance and risk in sales contracts Recommended Industries SaaS / Technology Legal Operations Sales Operations Consulting Job Function Contract Management Sales Operations / Deal Desk Years of Experience Required 24+ years
