Presently we are unable to sponsor and request applicants to apply who are authorized to work without sponsorship*Employment TYPE: Contract W2 - NO C2CRole: Full Stack Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ 07310Must have: - Front end web development - AI tool knowledge - 2-3 plus years of exp.Selenium, Cypress, Playwright automation Nice to have: - AWS experience or knowledge Job Responsibilities • Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems. • Create secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. • Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development. • Gather analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems. • Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. • Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies. • Add to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience. • Working proficiency in Full Stack toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software • Demonstrated expertise and experience in key web technologies and their non-functional requirements. (Must have) • Should have experience with React, TypeScript, UI design systems, ADA compliance, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright automation, and content management systems is highly desirable. • Know the TDD approach of designing micro services and writing JUnit test cases using any mocking framework, as well as good exposure to performance tuning java micro services • Understanding of the enterprise web application design, build and overall deployment lifecycle, including tools such as Webpack and Rollup, as well as application/libraries version control. • Strong capability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, ADA, design, UX, and user research, to deliver impactful products. • Strong Core Java and Java Web Application development knowledge (Good to have)
