We empower our employees with the resources, incentives, and flexibility that they need to support a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling career by providing many valuable benefits and a balanced compensation structure combined with career development.Job DescriptionQualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, Training and Development, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, Kirkpatrick's Level of assessments, adult learning principles)Experience with SCORM-compliant course development and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Strong understanding of 508-compliance requirements and best practices for creating accessible learning materials.Expertise in designing and developing comprehensive instructional materials, including course summary sheets, learning objectives, courseoutlines, storyboards, video scripts, job aids, quick reference sheets, and other supporting documents.Ability to create online, interactive training materials in various formats, such as printable job aids, instructor-led (virtual and in-person),microlearning, videos, and eLearning courses.Experience in developing and administering a variety of assessments and analyzing assessment data to evaluate instructional program effectiveness.Strong understanding instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE, SAM).Proven ability to accurately track and document the progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs), leadership teams, and learners.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide regular updates to stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a hybrid work schedule, role is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence at least twice a week, with additional onsite time as needed based on role-specific and agency requirements.Location : ( Atlanta, GA )Disclaimer:Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Kyyba does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.
