Manufacturing Engineer II
Description
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance. Works independently on moderate complexity projects and collaborates with production, quality, and design teams to support new product introduction and process improvements.

Key Deliverables of the Position
Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
Lead moderate-scale process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Support new product introduction activities including process validation and documentation.
Develop work instructions, tooling requirements, and operator training materials.
Analyze production data and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with suppliers, quality engineering, and product design teams.
Support equipment implementation and manufacturing process qualification.
Requirements
Education and Experience
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
2–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience
Works under general supervision

Process design and manufacturing optimization
Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Manufacturing equipment and tooling integration
Process validation and product introduction
Statistical analysis and process capability measurement
Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Engineering documentation and standard work development
CAD and manufacturing software tools
Proficient Computer Skills : Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
