What You'll DoLead large-scale, cross-functional AI and Future of Work programs from initiation through execution and stabilizationTranslate strategic priorities into structured program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverablesEstablish and manage program governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, and decision frameworksPartner with stakeholders across business and technology to identify, prioritize, and deploy AI and automation use casesDevelop and manage business cases, financial models, budgets, and ROI tracking mechanismsDrive enterprise change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and workforce adoption strategiesEnsure alignment with cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI standardsDeliver executive-level updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes?? What We're Looking ForProven experience leading enterprise-wide or large-scale transformation programsHands-on experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or advanced analytics initiativesStrong command of program management disciplines (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, stakeholder management)Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsExperience building and managing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metricsExceptional communication and executive presentation skills?
