This role serves as a key liaison between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Core ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & ExecutionAssist with both Design-only and EPC projects across engineering disciplinesCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycleTrack project activities to ensure alignment with schedule, scope, and budgetContract & Procurement SupportSupport development of RFP packages, bid processes, and contractor selectionHelp define scopes of work for downstream contractsManage contract execution, including:Change orders and field directivesInvoice approvalsSchedule trackingDocumentation & ReportingMaintain document control systems and project databasesManage contractor submittals, RFIs, and drawing logsAssist with development of:Cost reports and budgetsCash flow forecastsProject status updates for stakeholdersProject Controls & ComplianceSupport project cost tracking, scheduling, and reportingMonitor contractor compliance with:Quality standardsSafety regulationsEnvironmental requirementsParticipate in risk reviews and collaborate with Legal as neededField & Operational SupportTrack field progress and project milestonesAssist with project setup and closeout processesEnsure adherence to company safety programs and standards
