Position: Worksoft AdminLocation: Austin, TX (Onsite)C2C/W2/FulltimeWipro/AppleJob DescriptionPlatform Administration & SupportInstall, configure, upgrade, and patch WorkSoft applications (Certify, Capture, Execution Manager, Analyze) across development, test, and production environments. Administer Worksoft servers, services, agents, and integrations in on-premises and/or cloud environments. Manage user access, roles, licenses, and permissions in alignment with organizational security policies. Perform routine health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning of the Worksoft environment. Infrastructure & Environment ManagementCoordinate with infrastructure, database, and network teams to provision and maintain servers, storage, and connectivity. Configure and maintain integrations with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA), web applications, Citrix, and other supported systems. Manage Worksoft databases (typically SQL Server), including backups, restores, and capacity planning. Troubleshooting & Incident ManagementDiagnose and resolve application, server, agent, and execution issues related to Worksoft components. Analyze logs, execution failures, and performance bottlenecks; provide root cause analysis and corrective actions. Serve as the primary escalation point for Worksoft platform issues and coordinate with Worksoft vendor support as required.
