As we continue to grow, we are looking for HIGH-energy, self-motivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner.Due to our steady growth, we are looking to add Technicians to our team.DutiesDiagnosis and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machineryRead and understand machine schematicsFabricate and weld as necessary for task completionFollow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocolAbility to recondition and repair equipment and componentsCommunicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfactionComplete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance Other work-related duties as assigned by managerRequirementsMust possess your own toolsMinimum of 2 years of hands-on equipment repair experienceMust be able to work overtime and/or weekends as necessaryMust be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screeningMust be able to multitask and prioritize to meet time restraintsAttend company and product training for career advancementsPhysicalAbility to see in full range colorAbility to knee, bend, twist, lift and squat to service equipment on the groundMust have excellent hand dexterity to include firm graspingAbility to lift, push and pull up to 50lbsMust be able to work in any weather environmentOccasional exposure to loud noisesBenefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Disability/Paid Training/Paid Time Off and more!This job description outlines specific duties that are expected for the position, however, it is not intended to cover every aspect of the position nor is it in any way to be interpreted or construed as a contract of employment.
