Evening Spa Closing Supervisor

All Inns of Aurora employees are expected to demonstrate the following characteristics as defined in the Inns of Aurora, LLC handbook: · Courage · Initiative · Dependability · Flexibility · Integrity · Judgment · Respect for others RequirementsDuties: Supervise spa attendants and guest service staff during the evenings Assure that all closing checklist items are executed and correctly completed Assist guests as they prepare to depart Act as a liaison between Service Providers, Guest Services Team, and Spa Attendants Coordinate closing for the evening Act as liaison to the Spa Director and Spa Manager Reporting concerns or next-day alerts from a closing shift to the Director or Manager Attributes: Self-directed Able to give direction to others Ability to judge and shift priorities Mature Excellent spoken and written communication skills Ability to use technology for communication and information Trustworthy Detail oriented Assertive and Direct Options to fit your scheduling needs: work a minimum of 2 nights per week or up to five nights a week Flexible start time if willing to take on additional duties such as spa attending or cafe attending. Could be a full-time position depending on candidates'skills
