Customer Service RepresentativeJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer, including disabled & veterans.Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Function: Customer Experience (CA) Title: Customer Service Representative - 120410 Onsite/Remote: Onsite PositionYour ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Support Representative at John Deere's Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) located in Urbandale, IA, you will provide front-line technical support/information/solutions to John Deere dealers and customers on ISG product related inquiries, issues, and concerns to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. In addition, you will:Support bilingual English-Spanish language needs for the service center business operationsProvide support via multiple channels (telephone, email, and chat)Effectively document each interaction within the Case & Contact Management SystemCreate and maintain support tools/solutions available onlineVISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this positionWhat Skills You NeedBi-lingual in Spanish and English proficient in both verbal and writtenAbility to work an eight hour shift (hours 5:00 am to 5:00 pm) and occasional holidays to support the businessSix months or more experience with customer service / support experienceSkills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolutionHigh comfort level and experience with consumer software applicationsComfortable working in a call center environment seated for long periods of timeWhat Makes You StandoutAgriculture operations experience, including precision farming experienceWork experience in agriculture or technology dealer channelsStrong computer and troubleshooting skillsEducationIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering related field or IT or a similar discipline or related work experienceWhat You'll GetAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
