Food & Beverage Associate

Sea Colony is seeking enthusiastic and reliable seasonal part-time Food & Beverage Associates to join our team for the 2026 summer season! This position is a dynamic role that includes food preparation, cashiering, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in our food service areas. Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and assembling food items, ensuring quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards. Cashier & Customer Service: Operate a point-of-sale system to process transactions efficiently, handle cash and credit card payments, and provide friendly customer interactions. Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked. Stocking & Inventory: Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed, and notify management of low inventory levels. Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and assist in any area needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications:Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or customer service is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
