You will also help shape SeatGeek's frontend technology strategy, mentor engineers across the organization, and contribute to the performance and maintainability of a dynamic web application.### Key Responsibilities* Partner with product managers and designers to bring new ideas and product experiences to life.* Build web experiences that deliver fast, reliable, and enjoyable interactions for fans.* Mentor and support web engineers across the organization.* Help improve the maturity of SeatGeek's frontend technology strategy and development stack.* Lead product initiatives from concept through implementation.* Contribute to architecture decisions focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability.* Investigate caching inefficiencies and troubleshoot issues across distributed systems.* Use monitoring and testing to evaluate the impact of technical changes.* Work across the stack when needed to solve product and engineering challenges.* Help create inclusive and accessible user experiences.### Required Qualifications* 5+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience.* Experience leading product initiatives from end to end.* Exceptional understanding of TypeScript and/or JavaScript.* Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and client-side rendering techniques.* Strong product and UI instincts with an understanding of how users interact with web applications.* Ability to build inclusive and accessible digital experiences.* Experience with architecture and performance optimization for dynamic web applications.* Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and identify performance issues.* Strong understanding of maintainable software architecture.* Comfort working full stack with Python when necessary.* Some experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.* Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.### Technology StackSeatGeek's engineering environment includes:* TypeScript* JavaScript* Python* React* Next.js* Figma* SketchSpecific experience with every technology is not required.
