Open LocationsSpringfield, MA Fairhaven, MA Chesterland, OHColumbus (Radnor), OH Syracuse, NY McDonald, PA What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be in the field handling installation, service, and repair of:Overhead doors (commercial and industrial) Loading dock equipment (levelers, seals, restraints) Garage doors and operators Security gates and grilles Mechanical and electrical components tied to door systemsDay-to-day responsibilities include:Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues Performing preventative maintenance and inspections Installing new systems and replacing components Working from work orders, schematics, and manuals Ensuring all work is completed safely and up to code Communicating with customers on-siteWhat You Bring 2+ years of experience with:Overhead doors Dock equipment Garage doors OR a similar mechanical/electrical trade Strong mechanical aptitude Basic electrical troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver’s licenseBonus Points (Not Required) Experience with dock levelers, edge-of-dock units, or restraintsWelding or fabrication experience Experience with access control or low voltage systemsOSHA 10 or 30Pay + Perks$25–$35/hour (some locations up to $40/hour depending on experience)Overtime: 1.5x standard overtime Double time on Sundays and holidays Some locations offer on-call bonus plans Company vehicle (from branch to job sites) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid training and certifications Tool and uniform supportWork SetupReport to your local branch Drive company vehicle to job sites Work is primarily in the fieldWhy People StayConsistent, year-round work Strong team environment Independence in the field Opportunity to grow into lead roles or management Work that is hands-on and rewardingThe Right Fit You’ll do well here if you:Take pride in fixing things properly Like working with your hands and solving problems Show up, work hard, and take ownership of your work Want to build a long-term career and increase your earningsInterested in hearing more?
