What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be in the
field handling installation, service, and repair of:Overhead doors (commercial and
industrial)
Loading dock equipment (levelers,
seals, restraints)
Garage doors and
operators
Security gates and
grilles
Mechanical and electrical components
tied to door systemsDay-to-day
responsibilities include:Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical
issues
Performing preventative maintenance and
inspections
Installing new systems and
replacing components
Working from work orders,
schematics, and manuals
Ensuring all work is
completed safely and up to code
Communicating
with customers on-siteWhat You
Bring
2+ years of experience with:Overhead doors
Dock
equipment
Garage doors
OR
a similar mechanical/electrical trade
Strong
mechanical aptitude
Basic electrical
troubleshooting ability
Ability to work
independently in the field
Valid driver’s
licenseBonus Points (Not
Required)
Experience with dock
levelers, edge-of-dock units, or restraintsWelding or fabrication experience
Experience
with access control or low voltage systemsOSHA 10 or 30Pay + Perks$25–$35/hour (some locations up to
$40/hour depending on experience)Overtime:
