Groundskeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Groundskeeper and Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our indoor and outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general groundskeeping duties. The Groundskeeper will work closely with other team members to ensure that all areas indoor and outdoor are well-maintained and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks. Plant, water, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape. Irrigate grounds as necessary to ensure healthy plant growth. Clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness. Maintain equipment used in groundskeeping to ensure safe and efficient operation. Maintain all vehicles on the property Perform Snow removal Skills Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques and practices. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Valid drivers license and a mode of transportation Have experience with use of basic hand tools and power tools General skills involving basic landscaping, lawn care and property maintenance Prior experience operating general farm equipment such as tractors, skid loaders and forklifts is appreciated Can lift up to 100lbs or more Presents themselves in a professional manor Be flexible and willing to learn Join our team as a Groundskeeper where you can contribute to caring for a Ranch and enjoy a fulfilling work environment!
