This leadership position supervises program staff, coordinates supportive housing services, and ensures program compliance while supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs in maintaining stable housing and recovery.The Program Coordinator provides operational oversight of transitional and supportive housing programs, supervises program staff, and coordinates housing placements, property management, and safety procedures across multiple residential sites.ResponsibilitiesSupervise program staff, including the CCLS Program Manager, Screeners, CST Team Lead, Transportation Manager, and Part-Time Property & Maintenance Manager.Coordinate supportive housing operations, including tenant placement, waitlists, leases, move-ins, and housing stability supportOversee property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services for program housingManage the program on-call system and respond to urgent housing or program issuesEnsure compliance with housing and behavioral health program requirementsMonitor tenant concerns, lease violations, and housing program documentationCoordinate housing inspections and ensure safe living environments for residentsCollaborate with clinical teams and community partners to support recovery and housing stabilityQualificationsMaster's degree in a human services field preferredExperience working in behavioral health, supportive housing, or community programsSupervisory experience preferredKnowledge of Housing First, HUD, IHDA, or supportive housing programs is a plusStrong organizational and leadership skillsValid driver's license requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to visit multiple housing sites and access second-floor units and basement areas via stairs.#ZRRequirementsA master's in a human service field from an accredited institution is required.Must be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A collaborative, solution-focused team player must help facilitate safe patient outcomes and contribute to institutional goals.Previous clinical work experience in a health care, residential, and or acute care setting preferred.Physical Requirements
