We’re looking for a Power Platform AI Analyst to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that help transform the way work gets done across Hoffmaster.In this role, you’ll partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to develop scalable, secure, and impactful solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. You’ll play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, building AI-driven workflows, and enabling teams to work smarter through modern low-code solutions.How You Will Make An ImpactDesign and develop AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to automate workflows and improve business processesBuild scalable business applications leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrated technologiesPartner with stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate business needs into impactful technical solutionsDrive operational efficiency by reducing manual processes and improving workflow speed, accuracy, and user experienceSupport secure and governed solutions by ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and data loss prevention standardsEnable user adoption and success through training, documentation, and support for end users and citizen developersEnhance and optimize existing solutions through troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and ongoing system supportStay ahead of emerging technologies by applying evolving AI and automation capabilities to business challengesThe EssentialsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferredExperience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps and Power AutomateExperience designing automation workflows and business process solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working collaboratively across cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of governance, security, and scalable solution designOptional But ImpressiveExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI AgentsKnowledge of Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, or StorageExperience with APIs, scripting, Python, or PowerShellMicrosoft Power Platform or Azure certifications (PL-900, PL-100/200, PL-400, etc.)Experience supporting enterprise automation or digital transformation initiativesBackground in low-code/no-code platform governance and user enablement#HGISalary2920We invite all qualified applicants to apply, including individuals with disabilities or protected veterans, and provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability.
