We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Transformation and Operational Finance Controller to lead our financial transformation initiatives and oversee operational finance functions. This role will be pivotal in driving financial efficiency, implementing new processes, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Transformation: Lead and manage financial transformation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement new financial processes and systems, leveraging the latest technologies. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Ensure alignment between transformation initiatives and overall business objectives. Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with transformation projects. Operational Finance Management: Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Revenue Recognition. Executes timely and accurate closing of the financial records at month and year end, managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, and addresses issues related to preliminary and final closes. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, and lender reporting requirements Manage annual financial statement audits, including liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely and accurate audit completion, for both US and international entities. Develop and implement internal control policies and key business processes to ensure conformity with U.S. GAAP, and corresponding international countries GAAP. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business goals. Communicate financial performance and transformation progress to senior management and stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience: Minimum 12 years of progressive senior accounting work experience. Proven experience in financial transformation and operational finance management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, including GAAP. Expertise in technical accounting, including complex financial transactions and reporting. Experience managing a large team in a complex, international accounting environment, preferably a PE backed company. Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Strong leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated ability to develop teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization Preferred Skills: Netsuite, Blackline and Coupa experience preferred. Experience with financial transformation projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Remote Eligibility: Hybrid In office 3 days a week
