The organization values creativity, client service, and a hands-on approach to delivering memorable brand experiences.Role Description The LA Business Development Representative (BDR) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, primarily through outbound outreach, prospecting, and follow-up on inbound leads. The BDR will research target accounts, build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, schedule discovery meetings for senior sales team members, and track all activities in the CRM. Day-to-day responsibilities include making calls and sending emails to potential clients, supporting proposals and presentations, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to align outreach with current offerings. The BDR will also participate in local industry events when needed to help expand A3 Visual’s presence in the market.Qualifications Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture new prospects.Proven Sales and Business Development abilities to support pipeline growth and revenue goals.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.Experience working with a CRM system and using sales tools for tracking and reporting.Ability to work on-site in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with print, live events, experiential marketing, or related industries is preferred.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
