HR Administrator I - Temp LOA Coverage (Remote)
The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for maintaining the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to unemployment. Maintains all files and documents ensuring the company remains compliant with all state and federal regulations. Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports the administration and coordination of electronic employee personnel files adhering to company-wide policies and procedures Organizes and maintains confidential files and records Responsible for reviewing and ensuring accurate completion of new hire paperwork Process eligibility requests for internal transfers, promotions, rehires and demotions Process changes in employee status including employee transfers, wage changes and employee personal information updates Maintain corrective actions and separation documentation for unemployment claims and legal requests Answer all requests via multiple communication methods (phone calls, emails, tickets, etc.) for all areas of the organization Responsible for completing subpoenas and employee verification requests Responsible for maintaining I-9 & E-Verify file integrity Perform general clerical duties including filing, printing, photocopying, faxing and mailing in office as needed Utilize multiple systems and screens throughout the course of work day Ability to work in a fast-paced high transaction environmentOther duties as assigned ScopeStaff supervision and development: NoDecision making: Decision Making – LimitedTravel: Up to 5%Flex Designation: AnywhereThe anticipated range for this position is $19.86 - $29.86 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates can accrue paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes 100 hours of paid holiday time.
