Job TitleTo provide support by operating various machines and equipment, in a safe and productive manner.Key Areas Of Activity And ResponsibilityCut, sort, and pack molded parts at the molding machineInspect molded parts before packingAssemble molded parts or insert metal castingsLabel cartons and place properly on palletsChop scrap runners, and rejected partsMonitor and fill material hoppers/binsCount parts, pack bulk sacks, and pack boxes offlineClean, sweep, and remove trash as neededRemove parts from the moldsComplete water treatment of molded partsPerforms other duties or responsibilities, as assignedSkills NeededPrevious manufacturing experience preferredHigh school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.Self-starter that is able to work in an independent manner.Ability to communicate and comprehend the English language, both verbally and written.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods of time.Requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and measuring equipment.Keep abreast of the latest trends/developments in Quality, Safety, and Environmental practices through regular formal training.MeasurementPrimary measures of successful performance will be:Meets productivity standards, and identifies and resolves problems in a timely and accurate manner.Maintaining ISO certifications.Receive zero notices of violation or administrative consent orders regarding environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements.Contractual/Financial AuthorityNone
