The selectedcandidate will be supportive in a team environment, will be proactive in learning and contributing to Company operational procedures, and will demonstrate attention to both quality and timeliness.Key Responsibilities: Job responsibilities will include but not limited to: Support the day-to-day operations of the Construction team. Assist in the bidding process, outgoing/incoming documents, change orders, schedules, RFIs(request for information),pay applications, etc. Preparation of proposals and contracts Ensure all project documents are documented and filed on a timely basis Track and report project schedules providing updates to management team Secure quotes and place orders for GC provided items Some hands-on work may be required. Coordination and supervision of owner-provided items Perform periodic on-site reviews of projects, punch list walks, etc. Qualifications 5 years of experience in construction administration or related field required Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience working in construction industry required Knowledge of basic construction practices and procedures Possess excellent communication skills, both orally and written Fluent in English required, Spanish preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites May require evening and weekends as necessary Reliable means of transportation necessaryCompensation: $85,000+ (Depending on Experience) plus variable bonuses based upon companyand individual performance, Medical, vision and dental insurance, 401(k)
