The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the RoleProvide quality assurance and turnover governance services to improve first-pass quality, reduce rework, and ensure complete turnover packages prior to commissioning and operational handoff.Key ResponsibilitiesInspection & audit outputs: scheduled QA inspections with documented findings and corrective actionsDefect/deficiency management: defect log governance, closure tracking, aging escalationQA/QC artifact review: submittals, test reports, QA plans, commissioning deliverables for completenessCommissioning readiness verification: pre-functional/functional readiness checklist validation supportTurnover package validation: O&Ms, redlines, test records, approvals completeness confirmationMinimum QualificationsMission-critical QA/QC experience (data center preferred)Strong field inspection capability + documentation rigorComfort enforcing standards with contractors and vendorsSalary and Other Compensation: The salary for this position is between $150,000 - $160,000 USD annually.
