We work on integration planning, synergy development, TSA, and organizational design with exposure to high-profile deals in the US and beyond. MI&C is a growing practice with opportunities for career advancement and leadership development.Senior Associate: MI&CSenior Associate-level responsibilities include: identifying client issues, supporting assessment techniques, and developing recommendations within the engagement context. Depending on deal size, you may support workstreams within the Integration Management Office (IMO) – such as synergies, TSAs, blueprinting, Day 1 readiness, executive reporting, integration roadmap, communications, and organizational design.Day 1 and Day 100 planning and execution to drive performance improvement in key areas:Strategic planningOperational optimization/consolidationBack office consolidationSupply chainIT / reporting integrationCustomer and channel managementActively driving performance improvement assessments and participating in implementing recommendations.Tracking progress against Day 1/Day 100 objectives and adjusting integration strategies as required.Qualifications4-6+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration, business transformation, and change managementExperience in integration planning and divestitures is a plusDeep functional expertise in at least one of the following areas:Finance & Accounting operationsHR / Organizational designRole and Job AnalysisLeadership and Stakeholder InvolvementCommunications planning and managementKnowledge Management and TransferExperience driving revenue and profitability growth initiatives and executionProgram management and leadership experienceExperience designing and leading change/ communications strategiesMBA preferredExcellent oral and written communicationsInitiative and driveCritical thinking and flexibility to travel at least 75% of the timeYour Journey at A&MWe prioritize growth, continuous learning, and a merit-based culture.
