Bar & Grill Cook
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu and food safety standards. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook grilled dishes, such as burgers, steaks, chicken, and seafood
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in the food industry
Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Familiarity with menu planning and recipe creation
Strong understanding of food safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent knife skills for food preparation
Ability to work well within a team
