This position is fast-paced yetless physically demandingthan traditional bedside nursing.Primary Responsibilities Conduct physical assessments and donor eligibility screenings Obtain height, weight, and vital signs Perform finger-stick testing (hematocrit and protein) Perform basic clinical assessment tasks Collaborate closely with a team of5–8 nursesWhat You Won’t Do: ❌ No heavy lifting ❌ No venipuncture required (cross-training available if interested) ❌ No complex medication dosage calculationsCompensation & Benefits Pay Rates LPN:$29.50/hour RN:$31.50/hour Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 2-year commitment required Repayment terms: 100% if leaving within the first year 50% if leaving after one year Bonus paid within30 days Benefits Begin Day 1 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental & Vision insurance 5.5 weeks of paid vacation(prorated based on start date) Option to purchase additional vacation time NEW: Tuition fully paid by the company – $0 Debt ProgramInterested or Have Questions?
