The range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.Work ScheduleThis position is for 3rd Shift, with working hours from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required to support production needs, including occasional overtime.Your Responsibilities:Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that keeps industries running? As a Batch Operator, you'll play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants that power everything from cars to wind turbines.
