About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and hands-on Human Resources Manager to support our growing operations in North America. Based in Miami, this role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions and partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingDesign and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capabilitiesHandle employee relations matters, providing guidance and ensuring a positive workplace environmentSupport performance management, compensation, and benefits administrationEnsure compliance with local labor laws and company policiesDrive HR initiatives aligned with business objectivesMaintain and improve HR processes, systems, and documentationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentSolid understanding of HR practices across recruitment, training, and employee relationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred
