Job Title- Transition Support Specialist Location- St Louis MOPay rate- $20/hrContract to HireTravel nationwide to advisor offices to support transitions (up to 90% travel)Assist with opening client accounts and transferring client assetsPrepare and process documentation required for account setup and transitionsWork directly with financial advisors and their teams onsiteEnsure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliantSupport and train client associates on processes once established in the roleWhen not traveling, assist with remote transition work (account setup, documentation, etc.)Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely transitionsTravel & Training Details:Up to 90% travel required; assignments may last multiple weeks at a timeReturn home on weekendsFlights and hotels are booked directly by ClientMeals are expensed and reimbursedTraining:4 weeks of onsite training in St. Louis, MO starting MayWeekend travel home is covered by Client, or candidates can choose to stay and have the hotel coveredWhat We’re Looking For:Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, process-driven workWillingness and ability to travel extensivelyStrong communication skills and professional presence when working onsiteAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPreferred Backgrounds:Banking, financial services, or brokerage experienceRecent graduates open to travel-heavy roles
