Technical Sourcer

Location: Austin, TX / Taylor, TX (Onsite)Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourJob Type: ContractAbout The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting efforts for client's operations in the Austin and Taylor, Texas areas. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, technician, and professional positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and networking strategies.Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through phone, email, text, and LinkedIn messaging.Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, work authorization, and availability.Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Schedule interviews and coordinate communication throughout the hiring process.Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities when needed.Generate sourcing reports and provide updates on pipeline activity and candidate flow.What We're Looking For3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or staffing experience preferred.Experience sourcing technical, manufacturing, engineering, or semiconductor talent is a plus.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.Why Join Us?Competitive hourly pay of $30-$35/hourOpportunity to support one of the leading semiconductor manufacturing organizations in Texas.Fast-paced environment with significant recruiting impact.Growth opportunities within talent acquisition and recruiting operations.Location: Austin, TX and Taylor, TX Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
