This role offers the opportunity to represent a dynamic client base in complex labor and employment (L&E) litigation and handle sophisticated transactional employment work.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in New York, in good standing 6-8 years of substantive employment litigation experienceExperience in defending wage and hour claims and class/collective actions Demonstrated experience drafting key legal documents, handling discovery, depositions, motions, pleadings, and trial preparationHighly proficient in prioritization and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyStrong legal writing and negotiation skills, along with a high sense of urgencyAbility to work efficiently within a team-focused, high-performance environmentCommitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationshipsLarge law firm experience preferredKey ResponsibilitiesManage employment litigation matters from inception through resolutionConduct due diligence review, handle discovery and depositions, and contribute to trial preparationDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documentsDefend wage and hour claims, including class and collective actions Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategy and deliver exceptional client service Maintain clear, client-ready communication and deliver practical guidanceBalance competing priorities in a fast-paced practiceWhy Join Us?This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of the nation’s most sophisticated Labor and Employment practices.
