PSC Construction is seeking a Heavy Civil Construction CDL Class A Driver to join our team.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable Licensed CDL Class A Driver to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be able to travel in various states and safely operate heavy construction trucks to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from construction sites while supporting daily job site operations.ResponsibilitiesOperate CDL Class A vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulationsTransport construction materials, equipment, and aggregates to job sitesLoad and unload materials as needed (may include use of equipment)Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checksMaintain accurate delivery logs and required documentationFollow all company safety policies and OSHA regulationsAssist with general labor tasks on job sites when requiredCommunicate effectively with supervisors, and job site personnelQualificationsValid CDL Class A license (required)Clean driving record & current valid driver’s license (required)Current valid DOT medical cardTravel is requiredMinimum of 3 or more years experience of CDL driving; lowboy, side dumpers, hauling construction materials (gravel, asphalt, equipment, etc. Endorsements (e.g., tanker, doubles/triples), Familiarity with routes and job sitesNo criminal misdemeanors in the last 5 years or criminal felonies in the last 7 yearsKnowledge of construction sites and safe hauling practicesAbility to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background checkAbility to lift up to [50–75] lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safetyWeekly Pay | Full Time + OT | $28 to $33 per hour (based on experience)BenefitsCompetitive pay with overtime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan / 401(k)Paid time off and holidaysStable, year-round workOpportunity for advancementWhy Join UsAt PSC Construction, we value our employees and provide a positive work environment where you can grow and succeed.
