DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Manager, A&D Accounts - East is responsible for driving regional A&D performance, territory sales growth, and profitability while leading and developing a team of A&D Representatives.This hybrid leadership role balances hands-on field engagement with strategic management responsibilities. The position oversees up to six (6) direct reports and is accountable for regional revenue performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and team development.The ideal candidate is both strategic and focused, with the ability to influence architects and designers, manage key accounts, and coach a high-performing team aligned with company objectives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegional Sales & Revenue GrowthDrive specification activity and regional revenue growth within assigned territoryManage and grow key A&D and major client relationshipsAssess market conditions and identify new business opportunitiesDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goalsMaintain ownership of regional pipeline health, forecasting, and profitabilityDirectly manage major and strategic accountsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentProvide daily leadership, coaching, and performance management for up to six (6) A&D RepresentativesConduct regular field travel with team members to support account development and advance active opportunitiesEstablish clear performance expectations aligned to KPIs and company goalsConduct performance evaluations, provide training, and support ongoing professional developmentFoster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team cultureOperational & Administrative ManagementLead pipeline review and forecasting processesEnsure CRM accuracy, reporting compliance, and data integritySupport budget oversight and sales planning initiativesCoordinate with internal departments including Marketing, Operations, and Credit & CollectionsEnsure protection and proper use of company assetsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to support broader initiativesShare competitive intelligence, market insights, and best practicesMaintain strong communication with regional and senior leadershipRepresent the company in industry associations and community organizationsSalary RangePosition ranges from $100,000- $120,000 base annual salary.
