MUST BE LOS ANGELES OR ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA BASEDKey Responsibilities & DutiesFinancial Analysis Preparation·       P&L – Monthly Financial Statement Analysis/Review·       Monthly Reports and Analysis (Inventory/Sales – COGS/WIP/Open Orders\Receivers)·       Royalty Reporting·       Profit Split Reports starting 2026·       Merchant Processing Fees- Shopify/Klarna/Paypal /Amazon Pay (monthly)·       Month End review and approval of FS with management·      Year End prep and review with CPA’sCash Flow & Bank Reconciliation·       Weekly Cash Flow Report for all brands·       Monthly and weekly Bank/GetParker/Shopify Capital/Amex Stmt·      Hilldun factor and other lender monthly Report/filing andBudget & Forecasts·      Monthly Actual vs Budget Report and review·       Review and Distribute Monthly Budgets·      Annualized Forecast by Brand / Division / DepartmentAP/AR·      Distribute / Review all credit application request·      Weekly AP payment scheduling·      Weekly AR aging report and follow up·      Invoicing review in QBO·      Process and review 1099’sOther·      Annual filing – Business Taxes/SOI·      Additional items as needed·      Work with BDO Law firms in other countries·      Reconcile company credit cards monthlyThe ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in apparel or footwear, a strong understanding of wholesale and DTC business models, including monthly reconciliations, ownership of the P&L, and experience with EU and Canadian direct selling, along with hands-on Full Circle experience.Please e-mail resume to hr@goldencircle.group
