We are currently looking to hire Quality Controls Technicians for our Toppers Business Unit based in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for: Ensure processes, work in progress, incoming goods, in-process product, finished product meets specifications Comply with the following initiatives: Safe Quality Foods (SQF), 5S, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Process Safety Management (PSM) Conduct routine quality checks in packaging areas ensuring food product meets customer specifications Assist with the rework process and develop tools/visual reference aids to distinguish good & bad domes Update and issue product specifications sheets such as weights, allergen matrices, temperature control storage, etc. Interpret test results to release product that meets food quality specifications Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
