Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a warehouse supervisor. Below are the criteria we would like our applicants to have. The position will be a liaison between the warehouse and our corporate management. $60,000-$70,000 / annually based on experience IT Skills – Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Business Central experience Good personality Available M-F and holidays, weekends as needed. Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus, but not necessary. Responsible for training warehouse personnel in company policies and procedures. Practicing and implementing efficient warehouse operations. Execute processes to ensure the accuracy of all department functions. Proactively monitor and measure warehouse department productivity; responsible for coaching, counseling, and managing employees via timely feedback and development. Maintain communication with corporate management on warehouse operational priorities and resource needs. Partners with corporate management to improve inventory integrity, troubleshoot areas of concern, and lead the team through established cycle counting processes. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO BARECELONA, SPAIN FOR TRAINING.
